Best apartment I've ever rented. I was really reluctant to rent here when I read the reviews but I'm thankful I did. I only rented for 6 months because I had to move for work related reasons, but I wish I spent more time there.

I lived here 1 year everything is ok my apartment was a remodel apartment everything new from appliances to carpet it was super nice the only problem is the parking spaces there's no numbers other than that all good oh and the lady in front office always help me with what I needed

I’ve been here almost 2 months and can’t wait to get out! People drinking in the parking lot every weekend, loud music, trash everywhere. Manager does NOT care about any of this! They’re “remodeling” but they have a lot more problems than what the buildings look like. If you’re thinking of renting here....RUN!!

New managerment company rent goes up alot appartments is not worth the price only thing change was gray walls and black refegerator and stove, manger rude always on phone when u walk in office trying to talk to her about a mantience issue that barely gets taking care of everybody moving out do to sky high rent please dont move here

Don't Bother

Overpriced for what they are, maintenance requests going on 1 year with no resolution, including leaking faucets/toilets and barely functioning door locks. Made worse by the fact that they now use BUMS based water billing which seems to have tripled the water portion of our rent. You never know though since water statements only come out the day before rent is due. No accountability, rent overpriced for area, water bills way too high. Only internet options are charter or uverse below 18mb.
