WORST PROPERTY MANAGER
February 15, 2022 - Review from Apartments.com
The only good thing about this place is the city and the view if you have the higher units. Otherwise, stay away! Kyle, the property manager, is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with and I work in professional services. It actually actually dangerous how careless he is and the building had multiple robberies. Gates for the garage break every month and they never fix it permanently. Also, be prepared to have you property damaged by the workers they hire for the building. Don't fall for ...
the "low turnover" pitch they sell because only 2 tenants have been there a while and that's because they are elderly. Everyone is moved out in the past 12 months. I can't believe how disgusting of a company and manager the have for this property. Good luck to anyone to rents here... you've been warned!
