Just moved in - The residents and staff are amazing! Friendly, helpful - great community!!! The grounds are green, shady, walking paths - also wonderful! BUT - the studio apartment I am moving into is awful! It’s about the size of a prison cell. There are missing window slats and one of the screens is badly broken. The air conditioner does not work. And the kitchen area is disgusting - flaws are falling apart and/or rotting and it looks like there is/was mold under the sink. I am very ...
disappointed - I cannot imagine calling this place home even with all of the help and support that they provide and which I need is available. Help! (How did Housing Authority check off and approve this place?)
