This is my second time living at Vaseo. In many ways it was like coming back home. I’m very familiar with the easy access to shopping and restaurants. I’ve also been reminded of all the Staff at the property and their efficiency and friendliness in working with me. I am a Senior and the ease of living here was high on my priority list in choosing Vaseo.

I love living at Vaseo,and since I've lived here there hasn't been any police calls, rude neighbors, it's been a peaceful place to live. The staff is helpful and polite, as well as the maintenance team.

Vaseo is a great apartment complex with good rental rates. The sense of community is amazing & so are all of the accessible amenities such as the market & parks. The complex is well maintained & kept pretty clean which I like.

I like living at Vasero but I am not happy with the Maintenance provided . It takes forever to get anything done. Or its not ever done . Getting things repaired by maintenance is almost impossible.

The Vaseo allows you to feel like they are a huge community but you can still feel at home. It is very peaceful and it sometimes feels like your not even living in an apartment because of how cozy the apartments are. If you ever have any concerns in the apartment the maintenance guys are always on top of getting the work done and make sure they meet you where your needed to complete the work. They always call in advanced to set up an appointment to meet your busy schedules which was greatly ...

No matter how clean you leave your apartment after moving out they will charge YOU for the cleaning they do on their end for the next resident. Say goodbye to your security deposit and say hello to the additional charges to your account after moving out. Beautiful apartment with lovely staff-- just leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.
