This property is built like a court yard with beautiful walking pathways through out the property. The staff all from the office staff to the security and maintenance staff friendly and willing to offer any help or assistance needed. I feel safe hear knowing thers security staff. I've been given very helpful assistance with the new laundry card system unusual for me since back when I use to rent it was quarter machines. Any way my only complaint is the dag poop on the grounds. If people would ...
take some responsibility being a pet owner and pick up after their dogs, I would have no complaints and give it 5 stars. Its considered littering and there is a fine for it to. People that don't pick up after their dog shouldn't have a dog, in my opinion.

Trust me look elsewhere. Management josh and Noemi are extremely rude and lack professionalism. Don’t fall for their nice act while You’re applying, once you move in the switch flips. They will talk down too you like you are beneath them. The rent is way too high considering the fact that you have two loud bars on the corner, and cars racing up and down the street at night.

Great location in Stockton

Great location next to the Hilton Hotel and near restaurants and a nice "Cheers" bar! Well-maintained grounds, pools are nice, management staff is friendly and helpful. Good maintenance request response time (I've only had two requests in my three years here). Not the best-looking interiors, but the exteriors are where it's at here. Patios in units above the shops on Grand Canal are huge and act as another room entirely. Good sized patios elsewhere in the complex. Townhouses here feel ...

Nice, could be better for price

I have a one bdrm/bath and it's been okay so far. My sister lived here before the renovations and they paid way less and the apartments didn't change much. Neighbors can be a little loud at night and there have been some questionable characters around the area. For the price it's a little ridiculous we don't have better security. There are restaurants near by which is nice and the apartments themselves are decent. All in all I'd give it 3 1/2 stars.
