I've been calling this rental office for the last month asking for the 2bed 1bath they have display as available on this site. the office tells me every week "the 2/1 is still on the market" however once I got into the office located on 143rd and Biscayne, they tell me "its no longer on the market." They tried offering me something a little high then what I seen listed and I refused due to them lying to me the whole week up until the day I came to view the apt. These people will tell you anything ...
to get you into there office then switch up there words and try to make you spend more then what's be advertised. not to mention I wasted my time going to view an apartment that wasn't real!!!

I can't give a review about something no one has called to show me. I actually rented a unit using this company, and ended up somewhere where the building manager was stealing money front unsuspecting tenants, and when I went to ask for a filter for my a/c unit she had lost a bet with her friends and actually bucked a shot from her gun in the air. Mind you this is a family friendly condo... so I was told. They told me that the complex had a pool, but I lived there for 2 years and it remained ...
covered the entire time. Renter's Paradise needs a staff overhaul if they expect to continue to keep their door open. Scams only hurt you in the end. So much for giving them a second chance to disappoint me YET AGAIN!
