September 9, 2025I love location but I there are constantly maintenance issues, we went 5 days last winter without heat. We’ve also had water pressure trouble 4 times. For the amount of money we pay I would expect either a discount or lower rent.Property Manager Responded

Location is awesome - super close to multiple grocery stores, some restaurants, Excelsior Grande area and beautiful Wolfe Park. June 18, 2025Between the constant water shut off’s and the heating problems during winter this place proves to be a “lipstick on a pig” property. Constantly regretting and shocked to be paying these high rent prices for this living experience here at the Verge apartments.Property Manager Responded
