February 19, 2026BBQ/Spa Gate Locked near Bldg 6. I received a note that the maintenance issue I submitted had been fixed, but I was not told what was done to unlock the gate. Will the pool maintenance cleaner make sure the gate is unlocked in the future? (Not sure why it would be locked while he was cleaning the spa...all he needs to do is tell people the spa is closed for cleaning. Or has the Community Patrol been given a master key to unlock the gate, and residents have been informed that should pool ...enclosures be locked to contact the CP? October 5, 2025Spa Closure The spa between buildings 5,6, & 7 was closed for the majority of the summer and there was no explanation why. A "pool closed" sign was on the gate, yet the spa was operating. When I asked about the closure, no one in the office new why. But a few days later the "pool closed" sign was taken off the gate. So, I decided to use the spa a few days ago and if repairs were made to it, they weren't done correctly. The water was lukewarm, and eight of the 16 jets were not working. ...Additionally, the pest company needs to come out and spray the area. While I was in the spa (for about 20 minutes), I counted at least 30 cockroaches wandering on the deck. A number of them were crawling toward my clothes...I chased them away by splashing water at them. I can only imagine the condition of the other pools and spas in the complex. I suspect they were being maintained as poorly as this spa.Property Manager Responded
