February 19, 2026BBQ/Spa Gate Locked near Bldg 6. I received a note that the maintenance issue I submitted had been fixed, but I was not told what was done to unlock the gate. Will the pool maintenance cleaner make sure the gate is unlocked in the future? (Not sure why it would be locked while he was cleaning the spa...all he needs to do is tell people the spa is closed for cleaning. Or has the Community Patrol been given a master key to unlock the gate, and residents have been informed that should pool ...enclosures be locked to contact the CP? October 5, 2025Spa Closure The spa between buildings 5,6, & 7 was closed for the majority of the summer and there was no explanation why. A "pool closed" sign was on the gate, yet the spa was operating. When I asked about the closure, no one in the office new why. But a few days later the "pool closed" sign was taken off the gate. So, I decided to use the spa a few days ago and if repairs were made to it, they weren't done correctly. The water was lukewarm, and eight of the 16 jets were not working. ...Additionally, the pest company needs to come out and spray the area. While I was in the spa (for about 20 minutes), I counted at least 30 cockroaches wandering on the deck. A number of them were crawling toward my clothes...I chased them away by splashing water at them. I can only imagine the condition of the other pools and spas in the complex. I suspect they were being maintained as poorly as this spa.Property Manager Responded

July 7, 2025First Impression I would love to give it 5 stars (It will most likely change once issues have been taken care of and addressed) as we fell in love with the Opes layout. The office staff are SO nice and attentive when needed. We have addressed these issues/concerns with Pearla and Kayleigh. Upon first look at our unit, off bat the unit was not clean. The floors were scoufed with tape residue left on floor, drewers/cabinets were not wiped out as there was hair from the previous tenants left in the ...drawers along with leftover coins, the bottom pan of the stove was filthy!, there were dust bunnies coming from the blinds throughout the unit along with spider webbs, in my opinion it looked as if the unit was vacant for quit some time, the most disturbing thing about it all was the roaches coming from the master bathroom. The unit was not up to par as we were told it would be and of course since we paid a cleaning fee. We spoke with Kayleigh I believe regarding the cleanliness of the unit, she was able to have them come back out to the apartment to have it recleaned. But unfortunately it seems they only cleaned the noticeable areas as the unit was still not cleaned out properly but we decided since we were going to do our own deep cleaning that it wasn't a big deal. As for our first impression of the unit it was a terrible experience as we expected more for the price we are paying. The issues have been addressed with the leasing office and we have work orders in place to fix the laundry room door and AC vents in the master room and bathroom. We absolutely LOVE the complex, the office staff is so nice and eagered to help fix the issues which we appreciate greatly. I'm sure once the issues are fixed (ESPECIALLY the roaches) we'll revisit this review as this is based upon our first impressions.Property Manager Responded

July 1, 2025Why the extra charge recently for the pool and gym amenities? It is part of the apartments and lease. Now its an extra charge? Plus one pool/ hot tub is broken and closed until a part comes in. They could easily order that part somewhere else. I don't like paying extra for amenities that are just part of the apartments in general. Some tenants bring their own cleaning equipment because the pools aren't kept up with the leaves. This charge needs to go away. It is not right.Property Manager Responded

We understand it's inconvenient when amenities are unavailable, like the pool/hot tub currently needing a part replacement. We aim to order parts promptly for repairs, but sometimes there may be delivery constraints which can delay this process.
