that it gets too cold here in Socal but in case you want to have a romantic fire or sorts. 4. The area is pretty close to major freeways, so getting in and out to work isn't too much of a hassle. Now, lets review the cons (not to be pessimistic) : 1. The gates get stuck open fairly frequently. The last time the gates were stuck open, we had our automobile stolen at around 11pm. Yes we called the cops and they said the surrounding area is a hot spot for auto theft. go figure. 2. The tenants, or rather should I say a certain tenant is screaming at all ours of the night. I think her name is Crystal, and she has a very bad mouth, F this and F that, it's pretty bad. It happens at least once a week, and thank goodness we weren't right next to her but we could clearly hear her. 4. The pool doesn't have enough circulation and at times gets algae growing on the sides. I've complained to management, and they tried to resolve it, but if there's not circulation you cant really correct it. 5.It's hot out here, you know Esco? If you do, it gets hot, no breeze, weather just sucks plain and simple. 6. The area is decent compared to some areas of Esco, but just decent. overall, if you want a nice spacious place to stay and not too concerned w/ the weather, this is a rally nice place except for a couple oddities. I would rent here again if the owner didnt try to jack up the price after our lease by $125 more. Other than that, good luck in your searches!
