We have to pay for garbage pick up, package delivery and so much extra stuff that I can't recommend this place. I probably won't be able to stay here after this lease. Rent is already high enough. Parking I'd understand but the rest is nonsense.

To live at the Verona Apartments there a great place to live for a first apartment. You rarely hear the neighbors, the apartments are pretty quiet. You don’t hear a lot of o/s noises. There a good place to start.

I'm happy with the place but it was not ready for me to move in so I've had maintenance there 3 times to finish painting and repair broken or missing locks ,garbage disposal,painting etc...Cheyenne from the office was super helpful in getting these issues taken care of as quickly as possible.
