Great staff and so much grassy areas!

This is our second year living in Victoria Woods and we are still very happy. The staff is so so so helpful with anything you need. The way the apartments are laid out across the property make it seem like a mini-neighborhood and not an apartment complex (which was great for me because I usually feel claustrophobic in the regular blocky set up). Our dog, Maisy, loves the huge grassy areas they have all over the place.

This is my first time moving out and Victoria Woods Apartments are amazing! They have a great fitness center, beautiful pool and spa areas set with a BBQ, and the staff are wonderful. Our apartment is so spacious and close to food and shopping centers. Best choice ever.

Pros - The apartments look pretty, grass is green outside, and most apartments are pretty big. They allow pets, although you get charged extra deposit and pet rent. Maintenance staff is quick about issues and they will hold packages for you in the office if you aren't home at the time of delivery. Laundry hookups in some apartments (mine had it and it was really convenient). Cons - Parking is limited. There's not much extra parking. If you get home between the hours of 8PM and 7AM goodluck. ...
Rent goes up every year. Do not expect the rate you sign to stay after the 1st year. Security sucks. People climb in the trash cans every night. I've had my bike stolen off my back balcony (2nd story with no direct stair access) twice. Not much storage space in the apartment. There's an outside closet that has a handle lock, but only put stuff in there that you wouldn't mind being stolen while security sits in front of the office eating jack in the box. Lots of stray cats; I can think of at least 7 right now. I hope this helps with your decision.

I've lived here for almost a year, and I've had no difficulties whatsoever. Any issues that have occurred with the apartment have been dealt with very promptly by the maintenance team onsite. The grounds are well maintained, and the rent is quite affordable as compared to the surrounding area. The community is gated, which is a change for me, but I've found it to be a nice one. As for the management, I've seen a few of the individuals working in the leasing office leave for other opportunities, ...
but all the staff that have stuck around are extremely friendly and attentive. Always pleasant to talk to, and never make you feel as though your concerns are unwarranted. Of all the places I've lived, I think this is one of the best I've had the pleasure of being a part of.

I give it more like 3 1/2 stars. It's an apartment. Nothing incredibly special, nothing really bad. My ceiling has leaked every year when it rains and every year the roofers tell me the same thing; it could have been prevented by having the leaves cleaned off the roof on a regular basis. My gutters haven't ever been cleaned out, even though I have asked many times. Other than those things, maintanence gets to problems pretty quickly. It's a bit noisy with the trucking yards near by, but you get ...

Yvonne was great! the only person who actually cared enough to follow up or go above and beyond. our A/C was broken more months than working. and it would take days to fix it. Teresa the old manager of the property was rude to me up until I attempted to contact upper management then she was sweet as sugar. These last 2 months we have been with this apartment has been pretty good except the large increase in rent which is why we are on our way out.
