My Home
March 3, 2023I have been here for years and have seen this property transform for the better. Yes, there is work that needs done. But now that spring is almost here, I am looking forward to more improvements. The new manger lady is friendly and helpful. Work orders are getting done promptly. It seems that there is completely new management and maintenance people in place since the end of 2022. They are making a world of difference! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
December 17, 2022I lived there until several months ago. There are drug dealers living there, prostitution, and just generally the scum of the earth. Left after a shooting in the apartmenet next to me. Can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. This place is crime central.Review from Apartments.com

June 25, 2019These apartments have come a very long way over last year. New ownership has put lots of money into renovating units and improving property for everyone! Very good place to live and very safe, especially now with their new 24 hr surveillance system! One fault, their wifi does not reach the end units very well, I believe they are working to fix it soon though!Review from Apartments.com
Not the place for a family!
July 24, 2015These apartments are not made family-friendly at all! They need so much maintenance in each unit. The stairs outside are soon going to brake if they don't fix them. Also the neighbors around are some what friendly which is a plus. Their is even a Doctors office next door so if you have a non-emergency you can stop by. Other than all that I do not recemend these apartments to anyone that is in a relationship.Review from Apartments.com
