Victory Village Apts.
June 15, 2023The owners do not care about their tenants. I have lived here 6 years now and have been told they will not change my carpets after 3 incidents of water damage to floors and carpet in the time of residing in this apartment. Now, I have not had A/C working for 2 weeks now. Been told unless over 85° it's not considered an emergency. I am a disabled tenant and breathing stale air is not good. Opening windows during the day just brings more heat in the house. Cooking makes it hotter and dryer running ...does the same. To this day my AC is still broken and carpet still dirty after management had it cleaned.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
