The facility is in very poor condition and the company will document anything so you lose your security deposit and demand more $$$$ above what was paid.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the Villages at Wake Forest. The maintenance team responds quickly to our needs and goes above and beyond to assure that we are satisfied with our living space. The Villages team truly cares about their tenants and is tirelessly dedicated to their work.
