    Poor management

    Noisy , mice and roaches . If you have an issue , the manager takes WEEKS to fix them and she lags on whatever she needs to do . One time we ran into the maintenance guy cause we been needing work done and he had no idea even after Jennifer (manager)told us she had let him know . I dont recommened rhe apartments

    These apartments have mice and roaches really bad..the owners refuse to do anything and the manager moved and is acting like she still lives there even though her dad is living in her old apartment..we went to move and the new rental owners couldn't get a hold of management for two weeks

    I applied and got approved the following 3 business days. The apartment is very spacious, especially for a 2bd 1 bth. Complex is small (28 units), has a CLEAN laundry room (24hrs) and clean pool. What i love the most is that the manager is always available (if not on site then definitely by phone) & made the application process went well. She also has 2bd 2bth available!
