arguments because they will not fullfill their job responabilities and they have a very rude and disrespecful tone and demeanor. There is a major shortage of parking here, yet, they take up 4 parking spots. The pool is supposed to close at 10:00 p.m., however it has been locked with a chain as early as 7:00 p.m. for no reason other than them not wanting to walk down and lock it at the designated time. When you finally do get something fixed, the people they hire are never from a reputable company. Therefor, they come in and have done a terrible job, and they are not held accountable. My television and other electronics got fried (even with a power surge bar), to have the electrician say that there is nothing wrong with the electrical in my apartment. He spent all of 5 minutes here before he came to that conclusion. I have asked the manager for the company name and phone number of the electrician, but she will not give it to me. Therefor, no accountability or resolve. That is just one of many examples, sadly. There are huge cockroaches all over the ground near the laundry room at night. She has not had anyone come out to get rid of them. The garbage is always overflowing here with couches and furniture on the side of it. That was not allowed with the previous managers. A hole was cut in the wall of my apartment for a water leak they thought was there, and never bothered to patch it up allowing bugs to come in my apartment because the whole in about 2 feet long by the floor and where it's cut leads to under the apartment crawl space area. She will not give the owner's phone number because she does not want them to find out what she's doing (and not doing). Unfortunately, I can go on even further. Sorry for the short novel, but I don't want any good respectful person to have to deal with this here if it can be avoided.
