this is a drug infested building along with all that comes with low housing like having your mail box broken into along with roaches bad plumbing with undrinkable water and everything else that comes with living in a low class housing project without security

The Village at Shaw apartment complex, which is located across from Savemart center at Shaw and Chestnut, next to Dog House Grill, is the best and most considerate complex that I've ever lived at. The community is diverse and very welcoming to new tenants. The management team is very considerate, understanding, and flexible to help our needs and are always open to talk to about any problems or situations that might unknowingly show up in your life. The grounds crew and matinence crew are very ...
courteous and speedy when it comes too repairs needed or just normal cleaning and up keep when it comes to our living quarters. I've been here for over a year and half now and this community and complex keep getting better with each passing day. I also need share that the manager has been honestly my sole life saver for me and my apartment, I've had some very bad luck with roommates, 1 of which was my own family, which put me in hole of almost $1000 and she literally saved my sanity and my house, so for anything to be said she will go far and beyond to help today in need any much as her power will let her. She is literally the best.

Units are small but decent size for couples and small family. Manager and staff are professional. However, there is no rapport between staff and tenants. This complex is average and is worth it for the price.
