Decent apartment expensive utilities
January 2, 2024The apartments aren't bad nothing like the newer build in the area. Amenities are not great but thats not important to everyone. Biggest issue is the utilities jump $20 to $40 bucks every 3-4 months without notice.Review from Apartments.com
Nice community
September 26, 2015I've been here for a year now and I love it here! They're a quiet community that's nestled away on a dead end! The manager is nice and always there when you need her! My two bedroom apartment is very spacious and has all new appliances! I love it!Review from Apartments.com
Good, but costly rent increases
September 24, 2015This is a nice, quiet apartment, with easy access to I-205, Oregon City and Milwaukie. There is a dishwasher and washer and dryer amenities, so that is nice. There is also a pool, but it is small and we don't use it at all. The only criticism is that the rent increases at the pace it's going, will end up around $1000 a month, not including water and sewage costs (water and sewage is billed separately each month).Review from Apartments.com
