It's within walking distance of three grocery stores, a hardware store, two Banks and a few restaurants. It's convenient to traffic and within a 2.5 miles of an upscale shopping center as well as just down the street from the shops at Brookside. They keep it clean and maintenance is done promptly and professionally. I'll be signing my fourth lease in a couple of months because I like it very much.

I went to view this property and the management was very kind and helpful. This would be a great prospect for those looking for an apartment. When a tenant moves out they do a deep clean and do not hesitate to replace items that need an update. They continue to make the property better for its tenants with constant improvements. I have lived here for 4yrs and went through 2 property management, this one has been the best thus far. Maintenance issues are taken care of better. The manager is AWESOME. He is personable and he genuinely cares. I love the neighborhood. Everything is in walking distance, from groceries to restaurants. I would recommend this property to make as your new home.

It is located within walking distance to all kinds of shopping. I am comfortable and at ease with the security. One of the best assets would be the Property Manager! From the time I walked in the door to view the property I was greeted by the energetic manager. She was able get me approved fast and helpful with all my questions. I was excited about the option of two pools. After moving in if anything came up the maintenance always came within a reasonable time frame!

I lived at Village at Brookside before I bought my home and I absolutely adored my 2 bedroom apartment. Management was always available and kind and maintenance was always very timely with any issue that needed attention.
