Just drive by. You will see. The signs have fallen down, trash is everywhere, the playground for the children has never had maintenance and is in serious need for an upgrade, there is a rat problem, and the leasing office employees never answer the phone. The pictures that you see online is not how the property looks. Very deceptive.

This absolutely the most unprofessional place I have ever applied to . The staff is beyond rude . You pay application and administrative fees and they never process your application. It’s been more than 3 weeks and every time I call they say the manager is out of the office . I popped up while on the phone and she was right there when I walked in . Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience. I will share it with the team so we can see how the communication regarding the application could have been better. Most reputable rental communities have several qualifying standards that must be met by every applicant. For Fair Housing reasons exceptions cannot be made. As you mentioned in your review the application process was taking longer than expected due to the number of consecutive paychecks required to verify income. When any applicant has not been employed for four consecutive pay periods the income cannot be verified. You also mentioned rents. They are published daily and are in line with our competitors. The prices are subject to change at any time based on supply and demand. In closing, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Today Ms.Alexei blesses my children with a Hawks activity bag with so many different equipment and things to do during this time . They also make sure all the kids in the area able to eat lunch for any kids in need through the summer lunch program . I never seen no apartments who care about their residents

This was by far the WORST apartment I ever lived in in Atlanta. The management is horrible, they maintenance workers are even worse. I have experienced almost everything terrible to happen to an apartment while I lived here. From the maintenance request not being fulfilled until months later, to being cat called by the maintenance men, to the management and leasing office not communicating or answering their phones, to the insects being unbearable because of the lack of proper trash ...

While it may be in a convenient location (why it gets two stars instead of one), living here can be very frustrating. The gate is ALWAYS broken. Cars get broken into all the time like it's a neighborhood initiation. I've had penises and other things drawn on my car. And last but not least NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED AROUND HERE. I'm not sure what these maintenance men do cause you do see them riding around on their golf carts, but they're surely not fixing anything. Weeks go by and I mean week and ...

stuff still isn't fixed. It doesn't matter if you call in the request, do it through the resident portal, or go to the leasing office yourself. You're better off fixing things yourself. Its very frustrating to pay so much in rent but yet have all these problems. The pool is STILL closed and its the end on June. From the very moment I have moved in here, the staff has been nothing but rude to me. The people in the office are very dismissive and unprofessional. My roommates and I moved here in order to be closer to school and couldn't believe how cheap it was!..... until we moved in and found out why. The staff likes to pretend they care when really they will do absolutely nothing about it. We put in a maintenance request and a week later the online request said that the problem was solved when in truth they hadn't even touched our apartment! The hallways smell like an illegal drug 24/7, there is trash everywhere that has not been picked up since the day we moved in (11 months ago), and the gates are always either not working, being run into in order to keep them open, or being tampered with so that they do not close for a solid minute in order to let random cars without keys just come in behind you. One of my roommates and I both have had our lives threatened on multiple accounts as well as have seen police on calls and ambulances at least once a week due to illegal activities, and heard random screaming at all hours of the night! The price may be cheap but you are just really paying with the safety of your life. Save yourself and find somewhere else to live. I wish I didn't ignore the reviews and had not moved here! I had no real issues living here. until recently when I got robbed no one from the leasing office cared to call to see if we were ok. or returned phone calls made to them. loud rude nieghbors in my buliding aren't welcoming .
