First renewal upcoming & planning to stay!
October 11, 2024We’ve been living at Villas at Homestead for almost a year now, and we’ve had such a great experience! The property is always kept in great shape, and they’ve made several updates to the common areas since we moved in. It is also very affordable compared to other similar apartments we toured in the area when leasing. The staff is amazing—really friendly and always on top of things. Any maintenance requests we’ve had were taken care of really quickly. The neighborhood feels safe, and honestly, ...we’ve never had a better apartment experience. We’re definitely planning to renew our lease and stay here until we’re ready to buy a house. Couldn’t recommend it more!Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2023I was going to move into this apartment complex but unfortunately was unable too. Lindi and Lucy were amazing in the process of renting and helping me get out of my lease before move in day. Lindi also contacted me when my mail arrived which had some very important things. Awesome staff and environment
February 5, 2022Have not moved yet but will be soon!!! The apartment itself is just beautiful!!! Very spacious and more reasonable with cost, in a great area as well and the schools are amazing for kids if u have any, u can pretty much find anything in the area, good restaurants and shopping, we tour with Jonathan today and honestly he was the best leasing agent we have ever spoken to!!
