Do Not Move Here
June 30, 2022I have lived here since 2021. Back then Greystar owned the complex. The price was very reasonable for what you get. Ever since Brookfield took over, it's been a nightmare. They send emails none-stop and will raise your rent 40% and will not negotiate. I showed them a different complex in the area with the same amenities for way less and they just responded with "what we're charging is the going rate" when it's definitely not. 40% is an insane increase. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management team will ...hassle you with stupid emails, will not negotiate and you will not be treated well. Go somewhere else. Somewhere cheaper.
