      The Vintage is a beautiful place to live. Between the fire places illuminated at night, the refreshing pool (that is always clean), the kind staff, and all of the other amenities that are available, it?s hard to envision living else where. There?s not a doubt in my mind that would go against saying The Vintage is the best apartment complex in Pleasanton.

      I have lived here since 2021. Back then Greystar owned the complex. The price was very reasonable for what you get. Ever since Brookfield took over, it's been a nightmare. They send emails none-stop and will raise your rent 40% and will not negotiate. I showed them a different complex in the area with the same amenities for way less and they just responded with "what we're charging is the going rate" when it's definitely not. 40% is an insane increase. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management team will ...
      hassle you with stupid emails, will not negotiate and you will not be treated well. Go somewhere else. Somewhere cheaper. This place doesn't even have an elevator and the trash rooms are far
