December 27, 2025Sadly the property is not what I signed up for. I did sign up under different owners/ management and knew I shouldn’t have renewed when I saw how things were going. I don’t fault management as much as the owners. If they were willing to invest the money to get speed bumps or gates or proper fencing for the pool and dog park what they want in monthly fees and rent might be worth it. Also to not be willing to pay to have enough staff for a property this size and a proper cleaning crew for the ...gym and common areas or a courtesy officer for residence safety is just insane. High water, electric, and monthly fees don’t really make it worth what I’m getting here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 19, 2025I recently moved in and feel very welcomed. Tonia 10/10…i locked myself out the first day I got my keys and she was there to the rescue (after hours)! October 28, 2025It's been good so far. Edith was amazing during the leasing process. I don't have any complaints about anything. There was an issue with our garage door when we moved in, but it was fixed immediately the first day... and Edith was proactive about getting someone out vs. us needing to ask.Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2025Overall the location is great, community is quiet and I enjoy the amenities. Like any place there are things that could be done better. Pest control is useless, I have to pay for my own to come out. Hit or miss on whether my trash gets picked up. And takes up to two weeks sometimes for me to get maintenance requests completed. All minor things but things I have to pay for monthly. Otherwise, staff is nice and the community is respectful.Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2025I truly love it here I just wish a few safety issues were addressed. We need speed bumps as people use our community as a cut thru and speed thru here during the mornings and after work… it can be scary when our walking. Also we need a courtesy officer as the police can’t come for things like people at the pool after hours or other issues around the community. The last thing is for charging a $90 amenity fee I feel our pool and dog park should have better gates to limit the access to people ...that don’t live here. July 20, 2025Living here has been pleasant for the most part. Don’t like that the garbage is locked. We pay too much in rent to be having garbage sitting around. It makes the property look dirty. The constant spiders in the actual home are a bit annoying. People aren’t the best at caring for their pets.Property Manager Responded
