May 13, 2018This property is a lie. It is drug infested, roach infested, and the maintenance is very poor. Save your money. They don't even have a laundry, so it shows that this place is a lie. Drug trafficking 24/7, loud music, leaks, not worth what they are asking for. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.Property Manager Responded
January 12, 2019I could say that we will try to improve if any of these comments were true. However, we have no drugs or loud music. With respect to the roaches, they are attracted to water and food that is available.And leaks? When a leak is reported our 5 maintenance personnel will show up within 4 to 8 hours depending on the urgency. I suspect that your application may have been rejected because your knowledge of the property is low. Hope you have found a place to live that is more to your liking. The Manager

December 23, 2020I am sorry that this was posted on the web site because it is not true. I can only surmise that it must have been placed by one of the people we had to evict, either for bad conduct or for not paying rent. Please give us a chance. Come and see for yourselves. Thank you. Manager
