I wish I could give this a negative review! I live in these units now and it’s horrible this place is filled with nothing but roaches, bugs, mice, and bedbugs! Calling the rental office for a week straight and nobody answers, finally get a hold of someone letting them know my unit has bed bugs I have never in my life had a single bed bug now I have to buy a new bed this is complete bs I’m irritated and ready to move!!!!! Don’t live here ever!

They act like they always busy, whoever is answering the phone always got a attitude when we call, like if you don’t like your job, find a new one baby it’s not that serious. I try to speak to someone higher but they never there. Called maintenance because these houses are disgusting. Cleaning is never a issue, i’ll get on my hands and knees, and i’ll still see rodents. heat don’t work? Rent always an issue, pay my rent on time, still getting notices on my door saying i’m late, I tell you what, I better get every last penny back or i’m raising HELL.

I have been living here 5 years and now considering moving to another part of Maryland. I don't have any major complaints. My only issue was I unfortunately have a neighbor downstairs who likes to put her tv on 100. I never had issue with mice, had a one time issue with roaches and maintenance came the day after, i feel relatively safe, great space and washer and dryer in unit is a blessing. no issues with appliances other than a random one-time fridge leak that was no big deal. Ever since The Donaldson group took over everything has been going downhill. Random $10 insurance fee, $45 water fee and then you can only park 2 cars on the property, so if you are more than a family of 2 forget renting here, unless you want to hear management tell you to "Move out if you don't like out new policy". There is mice and roach infestation everywhere, I made a complaint back in March and its almost November with nothing done regarding rodents and roaches. Now they are telling me to ...

park my car at the shopping center if i can't find space on the road, and they wont cover towing charges. If you like having roaches and mice as roommates, not be allowed to have a 3rd car, because they expect a family of 4 to only have 2 cars, and no visitors parking this is the place for you! Other than that management is rude, rodents are abundant, you can't store your vehicles and have visitors, and they always manage to come up with a new fee! do not trust them get everything they claim in writing.

The new manager Angelia and management are extremely rude. I came to office to resolve a money order issue (which it their error, they lost my money) requesting to talk to her and she told me she did not have time for me, I can just walk in office and ask to talk to her. Sunny, Nina, Natala, Evelin, Carla, Shula, Jackie and many others were NEVER disrespectful to their tenants. Straight to the point yes, but would ALWAY LISTEN and more important had TIME FOR THEIR RESIDENTS. This new management miss post my rent money sends me a nasty letter, I bring my proof of payment and still get sued. I bring my copy again and get this NASTY ATTITUDE AND RESPONSE from new manager. Like I said 10 years living her previous management NEVER lost my rent money. Waiting on lease to be over to move out. I WOULD NOT RECOMENT THIS APARTMENTS.

Disrespectful staff

I have live here not even a year and had more than enough issues. I was able to under stand why. Front desk staff is so disrespectful to the managers in this property. I have witness this in two occasions already. one to the property manager by the maintenance man and today to the assistant manager by the Shula. I don’t think I would be staying here.
