I believe Vista del Sol offers an really affordable housing with great services and location. I do feel safe and the staff here truly go out of their way to make your stay here better. Would definetly also reccomend for any college students at Victoria college or UHV at it is affordable, close to campus and safe

Management was friendly & helpful. Maintenance staff was friendly and professional. Landscape well kept. Newly fixed Apartment units. 2 bdrms were quite spacious. On site laundry. Had a real feeling of a nice community. Neighbors looked out for neighbors. Had a nice pool and lovely trees. Close to Walmart and H-E-B. Restaurants & fast food places not far at all. Convenient stores were all close by as well.

The property manager goes out of her way to fix any problems. The grounds are well maintained plus there is a laundry on site. Love the two bedrooms, quite spacious. Also, there are new units just fixed. Really, nice!!! Check it out.
