Vista Park Senior Apartments is a well maintained, safe, and conveniently located complex. Super friendly and accommodating staff. The units are small but functional. Adjacent to small shopping center. Easy access to Hwy 280 , 101, 85, and 87. Walking distance to the park and market makes it an ideal place for seniors.

I DID HAVE TO WAIT ON A WAITING LIST, TO GET THIS APARTMENT, BUT AFTERLOOKING WHAT ELSE WAS AVAILABLE, IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. THE BUILDING IS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. THE APARTMENT WAS FULLY PAINTED AND NEW CARPETING INSTALLED. I AM LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR WITH ONE BEDROOM ONE BATH A KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM. THE SQUARE FOOTAGE IS APPROXIMATELY 550 WITH A NICE BIG BATH ROOM. THE CLOSET IN THE BED ROOM IS A FULL WALL, WITH SLIDING DOORS. THERE IS ANOTHER GOOD SIZE CLOSET, FOR OVER LOAD, INSIDE THE ...

APARTMENT ENTRY DOOR. A DOOR , WITH A FULL LENGTH WINDOW AS WELL AS A LARGE WINDOW LEADING OUT TO A NICE SIZE BALCONEY. THE BED ROOM HAS A LARGE WINDOW ON THE WALL OPPOSITE THE CLOSET. THE WHOLE APARTMENT HAS A NICE OPEN FEELING LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR WITH A LARGE ELEVATOR AT THE END OF THE HALLWAY. THE INSIDE WALLS HAVE JUST BEEN PAINTED AND NEW CARPETING WAS JUST INSTALLED. THERE ARE SECURITY DOORS AT THE ENTRANCES. A VERY SAFE PLACE TO LIVE. THE LOCATION IS NEAR SHOPPING AND TRANSPORTATION IS PROVIDED, IF NEEDED.
