Por un año viví en el Unit #200, es bonito el apartamento pero la lavadora y secadora muy pequeñas, había problema con el agua caliente y teníamos problemas con los ciempiés.

I moved here in October of 2020. Vista View was the first apartment complex I looked at and I knew that it was the perfect place for me. With their very low turnover I was lucky. I'm very grateful for VistaView. Lisa treated me so nice and was there through every step of the way. She is always there when you need her! anything that may happen or need fixing in the apartment. I have never felt so comfortable in a place. I moved here from Pennsylvania for a new position with a company; during a pandemic go figure! Moving to Vista View calmed my nerves quite a bit, though, because everything was taken care of along the way. I even joined the book club in the community on site. The views are breath taking. I've taken quite a few photos. Apartments themselves are very quiet and built like condominiums. Neighbors are great people! I can't hear anyone except for the residents/valet trash in the hallway occasionally, but nothing compared to places I've lived in. If you're looking for quiet, quaint, and a cozy home, Vista View has it!

We moved in about a month ago after selling our house. We have been looking at these apartments for about 2 years. We still cannot believe we are here. Natalie and Lisa are the best. We had some small things that needed fixing and it was like Thor appeared out of nowhere. We plan on staying for a long time!! Oh and the view is the best in Frederick

We have been here since October 2014 and are very happy. The apartments are large and clean with new furnishings. We live on the ground unit and it is very convenient for us when we have to take our dog out. Evan and Natalie are wonderful, they have always worked with us and are friendly and attentive. What a View!

True, it has the best view in Frederick and the apartments are clean and well maintained. There are some things that one must consider before signing the lease. The higher the floor, the higher the rent and keep in mind that there is a mandatory monthly charge for the garbage valet service. Lastly, if your apartment is on the parking lot side of the building, then you will pretty much only have a glimpse of the million dollar view.

Vista View Apartments are just amazing. The apartments are much roomier than other apartments. Extra closet space is very much a plus but they also have much better appliances, i.e. stove, microwave refrigerator and dishwasher. Beautiful views, very large apartments

I recently moved to Vista View. The neighborhood is very nice and safe, like living in the country but in an apartment. The apartments sit atop a high hill with a great view of Frederick. I looked at lots of places and Vista View seems to have the largest apartments in the area. I was the first person to live in my apartments and I just love it. My only complaint is it's a little far from shopping.
