May 16, 2021I moved here in October of 2020. Vista View was the first apartment complex I looked at and I knew that it was the perfect place for me. With their very low turnover I was lucky. I'm very grateful for VistaView. Lisa treated me so nice and was there through every step of the way. She is always there when you need her! Kim is an excellent manager and always posts great tips on the Facebook page. Thor takes care of the property itself including maintenance. He is always there when you need him for ...anything that may happen or need fixing in the apartment. I have never felt so comfortable in a place. I moved here from Pennsylvania for a new position with a company; during a pandemic go figure! Moving to Vista View calmed my nerves quite a bit, though, because everything was taken care of along the way. I even joined the book club in the community on site. The views are breath taking. I've taken quite a few photos. Apartments themselves are very quiet and built like condominiums. Neighbors are great people! I can't hear anyone except for the residents/valet trash in the hallway occasionally, but nothing compared to places I've lived in. If you're looking for quiet, quaint, and a cozy home, Vista View has it!Property Manager Responded

May 27, 2019We moved in about a month ago after selling our house. We have been looking at these apartments for about 2 years. We still cannot believe we are here. Natalie and Lisa are the best. We had some small things that needed fixing and it was like Thor appeared out of nowhere. We plan on staying for a long time!! Oh and the view is the best in FrederickReview from Apartments.com
Great Apartments and even better management staff
January 29, 2019I have been in my apartment almost three years now and have nothing but positive things to say about it. Newer apartments, well maintained, great view, and very quiet. These are well built units. Even better is the management staff. I rent many apartments and can safely say that Natalie is the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. Just this week I asked her for some help with a package that was delivered while I was away, and without me asking, she went to my apartment in a separate ...building, in freezing weather, and picked up my package for me. Excellent living experience.
March 20, 2017We have been here since October 2014 and are very happy. The apartments are large and clean with new furnishings. We live on the ground unit and it is very convenient for us when we have to take our dog out. Evan and Natalie are wonderful, they have always worked with us and are friendly and attentive. Anytime anything breaks or we have a problem(which is rare) Thor comes right down to fix it. The view is beautiful, it is also very quiet here and the people living here are professional and ...friendly. What a View!
July 28, 2015True, it has the best view in Frederick and the apartments are clean and well maintained. There are some things that one must consider before signing the lease. The higher the floor, the higher the rent and keep in mind that there is a mandatory monthly charge for the garbage valet service. Lastly, if your apartment is on the parking lot side of the building, then you will pretty much only have a glimpse of the million dollar view.Review from Apartments.com
Best Apartments
July 26, 2015Vista View Apartments are just amazing. The apartments are much roomier than other apartments. Extra closet space is very much a plus but they also have much better appliances, i.e. stove, microwave refrigerator and dishwasher. We have lived in several apartments over the last 10 years but nothing like this one. It sits on top of Whittier and overlooks all of Frederick and our balcony has the best view ever. On July 4th we were able to watch fireworks in four or five different areas of ...Frederick. It was just so beautiful! The leasing office are amazing too. My husband is disables, which is why we needed more space, and they are very attentive to our needs, providing assistance very quickly when we need something. Beautiful views, very large apartments
December 18, 2014I recently moved to Vista View. The neighborhood is very nice and safe, like living in the country but in an apartment. The apartments sit atop a high hill with a great view of Frederick. I looked at lots of places and Vista View seems to have the largest apartments in the area. I was the first person to live in my apartments and I just love it. My only complaint is it's a little far from shopping.Review from Apartments.com
