Great Place to Live
February 13, 2025Weatherly Ridge Apartments is a great place to live thus far, I've been living there for almost two months, and so far I've had no complaints.. The office Staff are all nice, friendly, and helpful, The property is always clean and neat, Neighbors are all nice and friendly, and the Maintenance are right there on call whenever there Is an issue within my apartment, so yes, I plan on being there for a while, and I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone hunting... Love this place
May 15, 2023Today I am renewing my lease. My first year was great!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a nice and quiet community. Great neighbors, surprisingly the children are kind and respectful! Even had a kid ask if he could take my trash out to earn some money. I gave him $2.00 just for asking. The property is beautiful and well maintained. They are installing a gate to make us become a gated community. I have a huge one bedroom that I consultantly get complemented on the size and decore. ...I will be here til I'm ready to buy a house!!!Property Manager Responded

Weatherly Ridge
July 29, 2016I have lived here since 2015, and I am a satisfied tenant. I have had no issues with management, and I have always been treated with respect, because I have always respected them. I moved from a private rental that was nice on the inside, but when you stepped outside, you often saw drug deals, and that landscape was not acceptable for my sons. I have space, and I am satisfied and mostly I feel safe. I go to work everyday, and come home, and mind my own business. There is no such thing as a ...perfect place, there will always be some thing that you would want, such as Comcast being allowed there, but for now all is well. I also want to say that if you have any issues, just go to Michael and speak to him, he will listen, but he still has a job to do. Thanks all.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 4, 2015My apartment is not what they say. tubs have paint coming off so no bath only shower. I have had to leave many messages for maintenance. takes a long time to get help even spraying for bugs. My lease is up in october and am looking for new and cleaner placeReview from Apartments.com
