It's always something going on. Rats been running around my kitchen i called the management office nobody did nothing! Please do not rent from them. Bad customer service & bac management.

The new manager, Elizabeth is a God send. She has made so many great improvements that many managers before her did not do at all. She really cares and is really kind to the tenants and I hope she stays here for a very very long time. #TeamElizabeth all day.

If you want your car broken into everyday and no one doing anything about it then this is the place for you. They’ve changed so many staff members and it’s a bunch of thieves living here. It’s not safe at all 0/10 .

Very nice clean apartments! One of my clients live here and I'm a mobile lash technician, I love visiting her. I tried applying but all the apartments were already taken. Can't wait until some more units open up! Definitely recommend!

I just moved here in April of 2015 with my boyfriend,our daughter and our son (new edition to the family). Waldon pond Apartments is very nice, clean, and safe area. The area is very convenient cause u have a grocery store right across the street. It's even walking distance if you don't have a car. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. I had a friend who came visit and locked her keys in her car. One of the neighbors came out of his house to help her get her keys out. What a blessing.The best ...
thing I love about these apartments is the management and maintenance. They send you letters to your door letting you what's going to be done to the apartment. As of updating our fire extinguishers, pest control , etc.. they let you know they are coming at certain times and even if your home they greet you with a big smile. Anyone looking for there first home to start of with...choose Walden pond.
