I have been living here for 3 years as of March 2023. When we first moved in I could tell we were in for some very low budget style living and subpar property management. The layout immediately makes you feel like this was once an old motel and they just lazily converted it into an apartment complex. There is no security of these premises and the area is constantly swarming with homeless and drug addicts. The fact of the location alone justifies a gate that only tenants can access, but nope! open for anybody to just come on in. People walk in off the street in the summer to try to get into the pool. Homeless and addicts wander the grounds in the evening digging through the apartment dumpsters and looking for things to steal. In fact, the first week we were here my daughter called me into her room because there was a man right behind her window looking for recycling. My two boys’ bikes were JUST RECENTLY stolen right off my porch in the middle of the night over the course of two weeks, two different occurrences. First month I had maggots coming out of my walls, they then turned into flies and were flying out of the vents. The last manager was a very nice man and almost a friend but there was little he could do with what he was given. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful, as I do feel me and my family needed this place at a time. But to live here and deal with any of this for more than 5 years? Issa no for me dog. Hell no.
