Long waiting list...and lost paperwork

While I want to give this a good review being that I haven't moved into this area and while I did pay a visit to the location and loved the locale. I did apply and physically gave my paperwork to a young lady in their office only to find out they lost my paperwork months after I gave it to them. When mentioning this via email their reply is to fill whole new paperwork out all over again which is a tedious process to begin with and not knowing the fear of losing that hardcopy too; which shows ...

management isn't on top of keeping tabs on individuals paperwork and no update to let people know the situation.
