I absolutely loved my stay at Webster Eleven! From day one, the staff made me feel like family. Mykalah, Robin, and Renee — you three are amazing! The clubhouse events, the secure building, the smooth package deliveries — everything was top-notch. I always felt safe, welcomed, and cared for. Rude Management & Theft

This apartment is located in a highly theft prone area and is completely unsafe. There are homeless and intimidating people on the streets all the time and is completely unsafe. There has been numerous thefts inside the garage where the thieves follow through other resident cars and theft happens all the time The management folks in-charge would tow the residents cars without any notice or courtesy. My gf’s mom’s car which is a registered disabled persons vehicle got towed without a courtesy ...
notice even though the gf had notified someone at the management office. Save yourself grief and trouble by not staying here.

Parris herself was kind, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions. We were impressed with the high competency of the staff as well as the quality of the building itself.

I have been a resident for one month, now. The staff and management have all been incredibly polite and helpful. The grounds and common areas remain spotless most of the time. Whenever they are not up to par, it is usually taken care of in a short period of time. I have found the other residents to be friendly and respectful of other when it comes to noise and sharing the amenities. So far, the decision to move here has been a good one.
