Great place and great staff
July 25, 2015To start I've been here for 2 years so far so this will not be a blind 1 year or a few weeks old review. Pros: Space: starting at 850 sqft for a 1x1 and over 930 for a 2x2. Noise: It's actually quite quiet for the most part. No-ones perfect so there may be that one loud resident but its never constant. Maintenance: The maintenance crew is extremely prompt at getting back to you once you have an issue. A day or two is the normal response time. Bugs: Personally I've had one bout with ants and once ...I got maintenance to take care of it, I never had the problem again. Cons: There really aren't any. It can be loud at times but that depends heavily on who you stay around. Most people who live here actually work so they sleep just as a working person would. You can expect noise when college is in session and there is a big event. Other than that, it is a normal quiet day. They are pet friendly so you can bring pets and they have places around the property to dump your pets poo.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
