December 17, 2022They don’t fix anything! when fleas came down from the above apartment, I begged Jen Haley to send pest control took wk to get back said I had to pay $250! Roaches
November 3, 2017If you like roaches then this place is for you... if you do not like roaches... run for the hills. Just moved in in August... worst decision that we have ever made. The maintenance is a joke also. If something breaks you are better off fixing yourself. This was the most affordable place... just pick a different place to live. The pest guys came three times in a month and a few days after they said we were good to go a roach crawled up my baby’s wallProperty Manager Responded

Disappointed.
November 8, 2016For the price you can't beat it. But where do I begin. First off as someone else pointed out there is NO DISHWASHERS, washer/dryer hookups, or patio's on first floor (even though its advertised and told we would have all three.) Maintenance is good. They try their hardest but lack the resources required to do their job. If there is ever a maintenance issue call the maintenance man himself not the office for they will only see it as your fault and almost annoyed that you would dare need something ...fixed. From electrical sockets that don't work to pipes bursting and flooding the kitchen. I could go on all day. Long story short. Disappointing
October 23, 2016I moved in over three years ago. Most affordable place I could find with a washer/dryer hook up. The two years were great here. Over the last year it's become a constant frat party. Neighbors are loud. Disrespectful. Outside partying at all hours of the night. Smoking weed in common areas. No where to park because the constant slew of parties being thrown. Pool is never open during the summer. It's always under going some sort of maintenance. Office was always quick to fix any issues I had in my ...own apartment. Don't Bother with this place
August 13, 2016The pictures ARE NOT what we ended up with. The apartment we have now is tiny as all get out, and it's "remodeling" sucks. I say it in quotes b/c it just looks like it was half remodel half laziness. Our whole building has had cockroaches and they will not go away regardless of pest control coming in or not. This place sucks and we will not be renewing our lease. Also, they've now sent a flyer out to everyone basically implying something the residents are doing/not doing is what's causing the ...problem. The spray is not working! In addition, the pool is closed all the time, there's only 1 swing on the swing "set". These pictures of the inside you are seeing are only in some buildings. This is not what ours looks like. They attempt to take care of the problem so we can't get out of it even if we wanted to. Also, our apartment does NOT have a dishwasher or washer/dryer hook up. Country Setting
August 7, 2015This is a beautiful apartment complex placed in the middle of Florence, Kentucky. It is very close to everything one needs. Grocery stores, schools, churches, and even job locations. When you go into the complex it makes you feel like you are in the country. The complex is very well maintained, and the people are so friendly. I would recommend this complex to anyone who needs to be close to all things.Review from Apartments.com
It is a mystery
July 20, 2015I have been asked to leave this apartment after 7 years. No reason. Just not renewing the lease. It is a mystery. I liked it here. It is quaint, off the main road. Has a pool for those extreme temperatures. It has its occasional raucous moments, but overall quiet.Review from Apartments.com
