September 26, 2015When it comes to friendly communities, Sumner Estate rises above the rest. From the office managers / staff to the neighbors, you couldn't ask for a nicer place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Sumner Estates
August 27, 2015My apartments are very peaceful. They may not be the most expensive or most up to date, but they are clean with friendly neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
Sumner Estates Apartments
July 30, 2015I'm currently looking for a better apartment. Sumner Estates Apartments are not maintain such as carpets, paint, and having problems with black mold. There is also water damage that has never been repaired. I have lived here 8 years and it just keeps getting worse and worse. There is so much more I can tell you but not enough time or room. DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS!!!Review from Apartments.com
Great Area
July 30, 2015Sumner Estates is a great place to live. Great rates with a great staff. The Office aids and maintenance team are always very helpful in a timely manner. Not only that, but also, the area is perfect. Everything you need is right down the road. The neighborhood is quite and thriving with friendly people with amazing families. Sumner Estates is a great place for kids to live, play and make long lasting friends. Over all, great family oriented living in a perfect area for anything you need.Review from Apartments.com
