Everything is fine at this time, I have no complaints. The grounds are in keep stays nice and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are friendly, respectful, and quick to reply to services request.

Rude and nasty staff. The maintenance guys don't do anything. Units are Infested with roaches. The people The live here drive 100mph through the neighborhood. Please do not waste your time or money.

First, my aunt and my cousin live here which is why I got the idea to move. My mother submitted an application, paid $85 and was emailed months later for the next steps. My mother was unable to make it out there so told management she was passing it onto me to take the apartment. I was told to fill out an application and pay $85. I did. We explained the situation several times to Tomika and Destiny, how I'm in Bklyn New York and there's a pandemic so I cant just roll over to Florida tomorrow. ...
Destiny tells me to print out ANOTHER application that she will send(never did), notarize each page and mail in with $350 hold. Tomika asks for an employment letter... I sent that. I work for an online business. Calling the office, leaving messages. No call back. Nothing for days. Finally call for the last time and speak to Erica. Now she's telling me a completely different thing. She tells me I need employment IN Florida, that my online business wasn't sufficient. She tells me I need to be IN Florida to fill out an ..APPLICATION. Soooo... my mother's $85 and my $85 is where? Why wasn't I told CLEAR instructions from the beginning? People are trying to make a living not throw money away and go back and forth with different people. I'm pretty sure at the end of the day no one cares but like really? What a waste of time and money. If this is your JOB, I think you should do it ... no?

Living here is pretty good for the price cable and water are included.
When something is broke just one call and they are on their way.
There are many eating places and shopping stores really close by.
the only thing that i have to say that i do not like is the people upstairs they can get pretty loud lol , but other than that i like living here the price is great for two bed and two baths i only pay 802.00 and with me being a single mom I think i score!! oh and by the way this is a safe place, ...
so you won't have to worry about people hanging all out at night.

The grounds are kept up nicely. They have been replacing the carpets with tile for some time, in the living spaces. I like the individual entrance areas and the fact you can have your own plants and spruce up your front area with mulch, rocks, plants, etc.
Cons being the front gate hasn't worked since before I moved in here, over 3 years ago. The gym was distorted by someone. The cut electrical wires and weights wires to the equipment.
The maintenance people come very prompt, usually ...
within a daY or two for non-emergencies.
The office staff are mostly nice and pleasant and some even know your name, and address you as such.
