Decent location, but the staff and property manager are terrific. They make the rules and crack them whenever mistake is at THEIR end. And very very poor co-ordination between them… which lands us in multiple trips to rental office. Though their salaries are form tenants rent, they never feel so while serving the tenants. They keep increasing the rent at least 2 - 3 times a year. When you request for any broken appliance replacement, what you will be getting is a used one. And, WORST part is ...

the cleaning charges. Though you return the apartment in very good condition, they heavily charge you (looks like, they are renovating the apartments with the unacceptable collected money).
