If you like mold , mildew ceilings move here
September 13, 2022I have lived here for a while. They change mangers every 6 months and when you call noone knows anything. I have been asking to be moved to another apartment for over 6 months now and I keep getting the run around. I have mold everywhere because my roof leaks into my bedroom and living room..the apartment is cracking down the walls..I am trying to be patient but I am having breathing issues and I use a CPAP that helps me breath at night..i just want to be moved to another apartment...why is it so ...hard..the neighbors have been moved to new apartments and they sell dope..i pay my rent and can't be moved ..Property Manager Responded

HATE IT
September 1, 2021Don’t be fooled by the pictures, that’s how they get you! Service and management here are horrible! NASTY complex, they don’t fix anything! Commute is convenient but would pay more money for something more comfortable and safe for my children! A lot of activity at night and homeless people sleeping in abandoned apartments that are on the grounds. Floods badly when it rains, no type of organization or love for their tenantsProperty Manager Responded

Do not move here!! I wish I could give 0 Stars.
June 25, 2020Don’t be fooled by the sweet talk and smiles in the front office. Once you sign the lease you will treated as if you’re a number and they won’t care about you. On any given day you will be greeted by the fabulous views of mountains of trash that over flow all of the dumpsters. If you’re into collecting rain water then I have great news for you! Every time it rains your roof will leak in numerous spots and they won’t fix it no matter how much you call. There’s no excuses for this lack of ...cooperation because I still have pending requests that predate the COVID-19 epidemic. The new management gimmick is a joke! I recommend you move somewhere worth your money rather than be trapped in a lease with this management.Property Manager Responded

Staff and apartment
August 31, 2019I went to visit the property looking for an apartment, I wanted to live there the units are big and close to my job.. I went about 2 months ago and the girl there was so rude, Idid not lease.. My friend mentioned that the office is under new management so I went and yes you can tell the difference the Office is really nice and the girl that leased to me Justice is Awesome..
