7/13/22. No exercise facility, no pool, bugs bugs bugs. Nice to your face until there is a problem. Appliances are cheap and break down more than they work. When you call to report your dishwasher isn’t working the response I got was “ well it worked when you moved in”. It’s been broke for 3 months now. Police are here all the time. When maintenance showed up you have to watch them like a hawk. I have had several things go missing and was told no way it was our guys.

We've lived in our apartment for about 2 months now and have no complaints. I am one of three people living in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. We all feel like we have plenty of space. Having all of the bedrooms on a separate floor from the living space makes hosting really nice. Also, the price and quality compared to most of the area around, and the KC area in general, is unbeatable.

major high ways, I-35, I-435 and 69 highway. Which means you're only 15 minutes from the downtown area of the city.
Also, we've had a wonderful landlord experience. They are so helpful. We've had them come fix a few things. They are not invasive at all. Very punctual.
And the cherry on top, GoogleFiber. The free internet service is up and running. It seems too good to be true. But it is installed in all of the units in the Westchester Townhome Apartments. Make it your next home!

The Westchester Townhome Apartments in Lenexa blew me away the first time I walked through it. After searching for an apartment for a few months, I knew I didn't have to look any further after looking at Westchester. The square footage was the first seller. Three arge bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, three levels of spacious rooms, made the choice easy. It is a great place to have people over and also keep your personal space set apart on the third floor. The next seller was location. Lenexa ...
is booming. My apartment is close to my job, my church, my favorite coffee shop, HyVee, and three of the main highways of Kansas City. And third is the unbeatable price. As a new grand, I can comfortably afford a place I love. And a bonus, the managers are the friendliest, most helpful individuals I have worked with yet. They made the transition into my new home seamless.
