My apartment is a very nice clean,quiet place to live. If there are any maintenance issues they are taken care of very quickly. Never had any problems and I have lived here 2 yrs.

We have been living here in bona venture apartments for 4 years now. At first i thought it was a little wierd because its like a small community here. But after living here it has been a good experience. It has a beautiful golf course right in the middle of the complex and the roads have been worked on. Its really quiet at night as most of the residents are familys with children. It has a park next door and anytime we have had any problems with the apartments maintenance has quickly fixed the ...

Very Functional

I really don't have anything bad to say about it. It's a very economical apartment & serves it's purpose well. The maintenance staff has taken care of every problem I've ever brought forth to them (very few.) The pool is awesome at 8 ft deep. It stays relatively quiet & the management stays on top of keeping junk out of the parking lots. The landscaping is also very nice & clean, as the complex is on the golf course. The price is very convenient & can't be beat.

Background: I have lived here for 4 years because its easier than moving and I'm kinda curious to see just how lousy things get. But I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you just really like a deal. Size/rent: My apartment is 1002 sq/ft. It has 2 bed 1.5 bath. Two floors. No washer/dryer connections When I first moved here was around $680. It is currently $720. And climbing. Interior: Roomy but drab. The apartments are very old. The walls are paper thin and neighbors can often be ...
heard fighting. They are poorly insulated. They are cold in the winter and hot as balls in the summer. Expect a large electric bill if you are accustomed to comfort. Exterior: Located adjacent to a middle school. Children run rampant at all hours of the day. Tenants often throw bottles onto the sidewalks throughout the complex. No one cleans up after their dogs. Its just gross. If you can deal with this mess, power to you. See you around.
