About Westwood Apartments
The Westwood Apartments at 2 Regal St is becoming Murray’s premier mid-century community. The apartments have been extensively remodeled with all the right touches. The open kitchen and dining floorplan is highly functional with brand new modern cabinetry, appliances, and fixtures. The gas ranges are a chef’s dream come true. The living room is huge with modern recessed lighting and includes a private outdoor space. Solid surface flooring throughout the living, dining, and kitchen areas with cozy carpet in the bedrooms. The bathroom is completely brand new with lovely finishes. Animal friendly, up to 2 animals maximum. Pet fee and monthly pet rent per pet. Resident pays for renter’s insurance & all utilities including: -$65 per month for 150 MBPS high-speed internet -$25 a month for 1 parking spot ($30 for additional parking based on availability) -$25 a month for Common Area Maintenance -$80 a month for Water, Sewer, Trash & Hot Water -$11 per month utility billing fee -$15 Property Tax -Electricity & Gas (billed based on usage) Move-in costs consists of: $350 non-refundable cleaning fee $275 non-refundable lease initiation fee $199 refundable deposit – this amount may vary based on application screening results *photos may be of a similar home and not necessarily the exact apartment currently available for rent* Breed Restrictions will apply-Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarias, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids; or any mix of these. **The only exception to this policy would be for animals that are designed as service/assistance animals.
