Roaches, leaking ceiling, maintenance sucks, paying for a 2 bedroom but can only utilize one. Management changed after 2 months of being here. Fridge is messed up. Mold. Just endless problems. Don’t stay here if you absolutely don’t have to. Find a different place with smaller square footage if you’re looking for cheap. This place isn’t it. I can’t stand living here. It’s depressing.

the complex used to be a bit rough, but the original manager when I moved in in August 2020 got it shaped up. there has since been 3 others in the office as leasing managers and agents. I've requested maintenance many times, and they're prompt to respond but not actually fix anything. my ceiling still leaks, there's still mold in both bathrooms due to water leaking constantly and the exhaust fan being shoddy. I've been on this unit for 1 year and have had nothing but problems. the new manager is ...

much better than everyone she works with that lives on the property and I don't find it professional to walk in and hear drama about other residents. I hope the sarcasm was picked up there guys. do yourselves a favor and don't waste your time or money on whispering roaches. I can't wait to get away asap!

Under new management, love the girls in the office, very helpful and sweet. Have a playground for the kids, a bbq pit to grill by the playground to grill some food, a new exercise room for the people who live here, and a very nice pool to chill by during the hot days :) -ashley.
