November 21, 2024I've lived at Williams Tribute in 3 different apartments and at Georgetown Manor in one apartment. Currently at Williams Tribute. Both Derek and Leigh (Derek most recently) has been excellent! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!!Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
February 9, 20235 stars!! I just moved here about a month ago, and it's absolutely amazing here! Management is fantastic and maintenance is outstanding! You need something fixed, and they will be there the same day! The neighbors are all so nice and they all look out for one another. I really like it here!
December 8, 2022I've been living at William's Tribute for a little over two months now. So far everything has been great and the Degeorge management team in general has been very wonderful and communicative. I'm really enjoying my new place and any repairs I've needed have been seen to immediately. My neighbors have also been very friendly and everyone seems to look out for each other, especially when it comes to package deliveries. Overall it's been great here!Property Manager Responded

Great Space
October 26, 2022Great space, it’s close to everything but feels like it’s in a secluded little field away from everything else. I feel like my family is safe here since there is not a lot of foot traffic but plenty of neighbors all vetted by background checks. The rent is fair. Maintenance come when you call them. They don’t have an office here onsite where people work but the people who work in the office in Rochester are good people and there’s always someone here doing something, mowing, snow plowing, etc.Property Manager Responded

Williams Tribute
June 29, 2022The management staff at DeGeorge / William’s Tribute is awesome. Maintenance is always willing to help. The apartments come with excellent storage space and I love that most of the utilities are included for such a great price. The neighbors here are mostly all chill and respectful too. It’s always quiet here, especially during the day. The apartments all designed where they’re all end units so you don’t share any walls with neighbors. Good Apartments with Good Management
June 29, 2022Super grateful for the new management here. They’re putting really great people in here now compared to some in the past that made me actually feel bad for landlords who couldn’t evict. I ain’t gotta worry about new neighbors now. Plus the maintenance actually fixes things now. The lawn stays cut. The snow stays plowed. Great Place to Live
June 29, 2022I haven’t had the best experience with other apartments but I love it here at William’s Tribute. Everyone in the office are so helpful! Leigh and Emily and Jamaal all make me feel so comfortable anytime I need to reach out about anything. If I need maintenance they show up. The one time I had a problem with a neighbor they fixed the cause of the problem and made everyone happy. The one month I needed to make two payments they waived my late fee and were super understanding. They’re the best ...landlords I’ve ever had!Property Manager Responded

Noise
June 2, 2022The walls and floors are very thin. When I lived there last year, my above neighbor played his music very LOUD. I complained to DeGeorge Property Group (Landlord) about it along with another tenant but the landlord did nothing. As long as my former neighbor was not playing music during the landlords designated "Quiet Times", then my neighbor was free to play his music as LOUD as he wanted all day long. The landlord did not care about the other tenants in the building which is the reason I ...moved out. If you are looking for a quiet place, then you may want to keep looking.Property Manager Responded
