Great Place to Live!
January 26, 2023This complex is a great community. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Maintenance does a great job; they are thorough and very respectful. If something happens to be an issue, they are prompt and get things done right the first time. I love that it is dog friendly, and we have the walking trails to take the fury ones for a walk. The apartments are spacious, and having a washer and dryer in the unit is terrific. Parking can be cumbersome in the winter, but for the majority of the time, you ...can always get a spot. The garages are nice, it takes a little used to getting in and out, but once you get the hang of it, it is easy breezy.Property Manager Responded

Pricey, but you get what you pay for.
June 11, 2021These are the best apartments in the area. We looked at some others at a lower price point, and they didn’t compare. We feel safe here, the units are well maintained, clean, and spacious. Plus washer and dryer!! That’s hard to find. The walking trail and park are right out back so it’s perfect for families. Management is so kind and is quick to remedy any issues, maintenance or otherwise.Property Manager Responded

Awesome place!
December 18, 2020The location is excellent! So close to Hy-Vee, Walgreens, other restaurants and the mall at Southpointe! The folks in the office as well as Maintenance are friendly and attentive. Out of all the other apartments I've lived in over the years, this place is the best of the best! GREAT PLACE
December 11, 2020I have lived here for a while now. I love how you're close to the bike trail, Hy-Vee, Walgreens, restaurants and Southpointe Mall. The people in the office are friendly, know you by name. The maintenance men fix your work orders in a timely manner, helpful and friendly. CIP does reward peaks each year you renew your release which allows you to update, add, change things to your apartment.Property Manager Responded

Jeff did a wonderful job even painted the part of my kitchen to match the eggshell. He went above and beyond by matching the kitchen!
