My experience living at Willow Run has been awesome so far. Apartment was just as pictured online and everyone was very friendly. I think the rent is fair for the area and I get a lot for my money here. Will definitely recommend!

VERY POOR mahagwmer

Currently we have trash where our dumpsters are not. And we have had no poor chairs since our pool has opened. Rent has gone up almost $100 in 2 years since I moved in here and I still have one moldy shower, one stained floor, one non-working fireplace, and one broken kitchen cabinet.

Cons: Maintenance is lazy. Mold, bugs, mice, and random stray animals hang around. I had to contact Greensboro City officials in order for them to take care of a foundation leak, and it was half-heartedly done. An lawyer told me to get out ASAP and never deal with Philips Property Management ever again.
The updates are merely a facade, there's mold under everything.
Pros: neighbors keep to themselves for the most part.

The apartments at Willow Run have been renovated and they are "Gorgeous" lofts. The pictures on this website are old pictures, you have to come out and see!!!!! I enjoy living here and am proud to call this my home.

These apartments were built in the 1980's, I believe, and they haven't renovated since. They spray and I bomb myself but water bugs and other small bugs always find there way into the apartment. There is black mold everywhere. The pipes don't work right and the walls are so thin you can smell everything in all the other apartments. All the apartments need to be torn down and re-built, but the state will not come in and give a true inspection. We would move but the price of other apartments hinder ...
