be moving out at lease end. You can't change people that are this far gone. Kids use the parking lot as a playground. Very unsafe for everyone. Pools are often closed with no explanation. Must give 60 day notice of moving out (plus 2 months rent if breaking lease). When your lease nears the end, they notify you to either sign for a new 12 month lease or have your rent increase by even more than what it will increase with a renewed lease. Not only that, they will raise it even more by $10 every month. In other words, renew or get out. Very rude.

TIMES! I've also took videos of it and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Now last night a bunch of kids that did not live here snuck in and had a HUGE party and had a fight in the parking lot so I told the manager again and of course they did nothing and to make it worse there was no security guard to break up the party so they were here till 4 in the morning! DO NOT LIVE HERE IT IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! If I could put zero Stars I would but obviously it won't let me

manager, know that something is broken she lets the team of handymen know and they are there and the problem is fixed in the same day. They also have implemented security that walks the entire place every night. I have only lived in this magnificent place for a little over a month but i highly recommend this place for anyone.

Families live here, as well as students, faculty, and staff from UC Merced and the community college.

When you have something wrong in your apartment they will take less then 24 hours to fix it, unless is something major. They are pet friendly and most of the neighbors are all respectful and polite. We surely recommend these apartments to anyone. We are going to live here for as long as we can. We are very comfortable with everything, we appreciate the care and the attention they give every resident. I hope this help for you to make a decision in looking for your home. enjoyable. The bedrooms are spacious as well as the closets to fit all the clothes I have and that is a lot. The bathrooms are a very good size, I like that the bathtub has a bar to help get in and out of the bathtub, as well as the shower that helps with support while in the shower. The laundry room is a plus with my disabilities it makes it very convenient to do my laundry in the convenience of my home. It's good to know that if my machines should break there are 2 beautiful decorated laundry rooms that are very clean and maintained. The two patios are great the one in the Master for privacy and the on off the living room which is large enough for my two little Yorkie doggies and all my many plants. The front has enough space for my bench and many more plants, which are my hobbies and good therapy. I have had so many complements from my neighbors, I have even shared clippings with my green thumb. My neighbors are peaceful people, we have much respect for each other and try to help out each other if needed. There are a few that I know that have lived here for many years and those who haven't are still respectful and courteous. The Management are very courteous and respectful employees, that always greet us with a welcoming smile, this makes it very comfortable to sit down and discuss matters with them. They are very attentive when matters are need to be fixed or if situations arise with other tenants and it is taken care of accordingly. This is very appreciated. The Maintenance Crew, the Contractors are men that are very nice, respectful, and courteous, they are always ready to stop working to give a helping hand to people in need. It makes me feel so good that there are people here that care. The 2 swimming pools are such a pleasure to have family gatherings with installed bar be cue pits and the outdoor furniture. In closing it is a pleasure living in a gated complex where a person can feel safe in there home. The Willow brook Apts. are in a great location.
