Poor management

The apartment needs a new management team who have a background/degree in management. She is allowing all kinds of sketchy people to move in without doing a thorough background check and all the older tenants are leaving. Not to mention the violence and shootings that happen. If The willows don’t make changes, they will eventually be run down and crime infested like the rest of the apartments nearby. Looking forward to our lease being up soon.

Horrible Apartments!

I wish I would of read the reviews before moving into these horrible apartments! Please take your time to read my review I want to save you time and YOUR MONEY!!! My first issue was with the electrical outlets, I complained to the office all they said “I am going to let the manager know” I guess they never told her because maintenance never came to change them. Second, the entrance of my apartment would get flooded every time it rained, I let the front office know and asked to be moved to ...

another apartment, but they wanted to raise my rent payment without my lease been over yet! every time it rained and I had doctor appointments for my newborn I had to wet my shoes. Third, my apartment was infested of roaches, again they didn’t care or do anything about it I had to buy roach killers. Also they would turn off the water without letting the residents know about it. Very inconsiderate. And finally and worst thing was that our VEHICLE GOT STOLEN! The apartment DON’T have cameras, they have a security guard but the manager GALE claims he only work for the office but then the guard (her husband) said he does work for the complex, they are LIARS! They don’t care about the safety of the residents or their belongings. I am not the only one who’s vehicle has been stolen, these apartments keep getting worst over months!!! The front office ladies are EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Manager only cares to get the rent payment on time, the rest is on your own! The supposedly security did not only called me a “little liar” he was disrespectful called me “stupid”. Please SAVE YOUR MONEY on go to a place where they do care about you and take care of your belongings don’t go through the same as my family did.

We are sincerely sorry that your experience at Willows was not a positive one. Our management and maintenance staff work very hard every day to provide superior service to our residents. We encourage any residents who are not satisfied to contact the Manager and give them an opportunity to address and resolve their legitimate management or maintenance items and to ensure that they are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of all. We did check our records and found a work order for the electrical and it was noted that they had been fixed. However we could not find any records or reports about the other issues that you had been experiencing. Would you please reach out to our manager, she would greatly appreciate the chance to go everything in person.

I was just introduced to the Willows this year and I can't express how well kept and well managed this complex is. In route to this apartment you may think it is located in a questionable area but upon approach you can tell by the landscape and view from the street that it is well cared for. The office is immaculate and their personnel are very professional, helpful and friendly. I walked many times around the complex and the grounds are free of trash and the lawn and trees always look healthy. ...

They do a lot of extra repairs that other complexes choose to ignore example, cracked concrete sections cut out and new cement poured to help prevent uneven surfaces, parking lots re-striped, new trash bins to help prevent spillage etc. If you have a maintenance issue you call and they are out to fix or replace. In addition it is very peaceful and other tenants are friendly and seam happy to be there too. The pool is sparkling and inciting. During my walks I often see the Manager Gayle walking the grounds too and I think doing so allows her to be more hands on. In my most recent experiences I have witnessed what a caring and compassionate manager Gayle really is. The manager does run a tight ship but in today's business affairs that is what it takes to be a five star facility.

This location is close to major stores like fiesta, walmart, walgreens and more. There is also a laundry/car wash facility just 5mins walking distance. The security is tight at this location. No loud music is allowed also. The parking is open for everyone and your guest has the same privilege like all the other resident. The down side about this apartment is that they do not want to replace anything. They will try and fix a broken refrigerator over and over. When the carpet is dirty they will ...

not shampoo it. They only shampoo the carpet once a year. Its a good complex to live in term of security and convenience but a bad complex if you want things to be replace.

I wouldn't recommend any one to stay in the willows apt complex I move in September 2014 on October 2014 it started the manager was coming in my apt without permission or notice while I was sleeping then they kept leaving messages on my phone about loud music at night and I worked over night no one was in my house to play music thenables the Apts are I feasted with roaches and to top it off the whole complex floodsure can't get in or out when it rains....it very sad
