Place is falling apart literally!
June 24, 2019Place has no regular maintenance. Pool is closed by the health department. Pool area is in bad disrepair. People violate rules with no correction. Entrance gate is a joke, fake security. Association doesn't care unless you complain. Pot holes, broken gates, trash overrun. The list goes on STAY AWAY !!!Review from Apartments.com
Look somewhere else to live
January 13, 2019Other than being robbed and all the crimes that have occurred here, this apartment complex is partnered with a company that will tow your car even if it is registered. I had my car registrated as a guest as I was instructed too. Still was towed because it wasn’t parked within the block of the building (even though this was never mentioned within the app). Please do yourself the favor and look somewhere else to live.Review from Apartments.com
Worst year of my life.
October 17, 2017The maintenance is terrible, security terrible, thoses who work for the association is no where to be found or heard not quite sure the point of having a phone to call for no reply. Cars that are registered as guest gets constantly towed . Towing cars is about the only thing that this association accomplished / done correctly which is a shame. I would never advise this to buy. Water heater broke the first month me living there and I had to pay for the expense, cockroaches, ants . Most of my ...window screens are barely standing .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Looking for better
October 6, 2015My apartment is very spacious, but not upgraded. No maintenance on site, took 3 years to renovate the pool area, no club house, it's considered a gated community but the gates have been non-functional for over 4 years.Review from Apartments.com
