March 21, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThey don’t fix anything , my house flooded they came & fixed the problem but still have water all under my wooded floors. The manager is quick to try to release you from your lease instead of fixing your issue 0 stars NEVER AGAIN .Property Manager Responded

What differentiates besides all of the AMAZING amenities, in the leasing consultant was so helpful she stood by me to the end and made my move in so much easier by being prompt and resourceful in response to any need . office staff are great.My unit is spacious, area is nice my job like 2~3 min away. Still have a little touches to be done Other than that it's nice. THANKS WONDSONG PLACE ?

April 11, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI toured Windsong Place Apartments in 2017, I was shown the two bedroom that wasn't upgraded, and I asked to be shown an apartment that had the upgrades that my apartment would have. Everything was to my liking, floors, cabinets, faucets, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemakers, nice sepatate dinning area, and storage. Moved in and all I got was new light fixtures and faucets. Cabinets are old and repainted with water damage, (was told they would replacet but it hasn't happened yet)toilet ...was nasty the fireplace mantle was dismantled and I have a big blue stain on my carpet that, to this day, hasn't been taken care of. Yes, the entrance gate has been open since I moved here and am being charged a garage fee. Alarm system doesnt wirk and you will be charged $15 just for having it in your aapartment; who does that? And they have you complete paper work as though you're getting a benefit.There are no community activities as advertised nor do you have access to the fitness room if office is closed at anytime. This is not a lap of luxury it's an overpriced overstated complex. Oh, and you will hear them say, we just got here and trying to fix everything.Read More

HIGH RENT, EVEN HIGHER RIP OFF
May 6, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comWe moved in Windsong Apartments in 4/1/16 and it was not a pleasant experience for the most part. The maintenance took forever to come and fix things and were rude. They didn't fix things right the first time, so they had to keep coming out. On top if that, they came into our apartment when we weren't there, even though we asked management that we didn't want that. Our car was vandalized and broken into. RENT IS WAY TOO HIGH FOR THIS TO BE HAPPENING. We tried to pick a nice apartment in a nice ...neighborhood but it still happened. They have gates however, they keep them open even at night, so there's really no purpose for the gates. The main thing that I am angry with is THEY MADE US PAY A $306 NON REFUNDABLE INSURANCE DEPOSIT INSTEAD OF A REFUNDABLE TRADITIONAL DEPOSIT. With this non refundable deposit, it does not go towards any unpaid balances, it GOES TO THE APARTMENT. It does not cover you at all and you WILL NOT get it back at the end of your lease... They added additional fees ($150 for heavy cleaning fee when I left the apartment clean) at the end that I had to pay for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE HIGH APARTMENTS. THEFT IS AN ISSUE! The only positive is that they kept the grounds clean so they can lure un expecting individuals (like me) in and rip them off. Glad my lease is over!!!!!!!!!Read More

August 1, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI have rented an apartment since March 2016 and, so far, it has been excellent. A couple weeks ago, my air conditioning unit froze on a Friday at 4:00 am. Although, I could've called, I decided to wait until the next day. Saturday morning around 8:00 am I got Mr. Romero (The Maintenance person) and withing minutes he fixed it. The following Monday, he re-checked the air conditioning unit and found a very small leak. He immediately fix it. I also, enjoy the monthly events this place has such as ...Crime Prevention Meetings, Resume Training, Book's events, etc. The staff and the manager are pleasant to talk and get results immediately.Read More
